If you are not 100% satisfied with you purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a credit to your La Tin-Va Fitness account (store credit only) excluding all original shipping, handling, or other charges.

• You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.  Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.  Any electronic product or software that has been opened in the original box and/or used cannot be returned.

• The products must in good condition, and have all tags attached, paperwork, parts, and accessories to insure full credit.

• If you would like to return an item on your order, please contact our customer service department to obtain an authorization number.  Be sure to include the following information in order to receive a refund for the return:

  • Full Name

  • Address

  • Telephone

  • Email

  • Reason for Return

  • Authorization Number

• Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the original packaging.

• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries

• It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

• To receive a credit, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Shipping cost is non-refundable.

• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.

• Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

• Annual VIP membership fees are non-refundable.

• Workshop fees are non-refundable.
